Dodge Brand Intern | Summers 2014+2015

As a Dodge Advertising Brand Intern, I had the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of advertising operations within the brand. In 2014, my major project was to plan and excecute an activation (in partnership with the Weinstein Company) at the San Diego Comi-con. I also monitored and tracked the Dodge community on social media, and provided weekly updates to my management on key insights. In addition, I combined this with brand health versus marketing messaging analysis. In 2015, I led Dodge Brand conversations in partnership with Uber, Hot Wheels, and Star Wars for the Force Friday stunt in New York City. I also led conversations for Dodge with Jay Leno’s Garage, and located and digitized content for special muscle car segment

Jeep Brand Intern | Summer 2015

With the Jeep team, I planned and excecuted an Instagram Influencer campaign with Craig Hensel and Eric Ward in promotion of the Jeep Renegade. This campaign pushed Jeep to new perspectives on more effective, authentic Renegade advertising. I also managed the second summer of the Summer of Jeep social media contest and video moderation. In addition, I coordinated a promotional partnership between Jeep Brand and Sierra Mist to appear in Food Lion stores.

Dykema Gosset PLLC
Marketing Intern

Summer 2013

As the sole selected intern for Dykema Gosset's Marketing department for the summer of 2013, I self-led a social-media analysis that was eventually sent to the entire company. I authored and implemented a plan for the future of their social media. I also had the opportunity to spend the summer running their Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn profiles, where I standardized their language and managed engagement.

Michigan Marching Band Marketing and Information Staff

January 2014-May 2015

I launched the Michigan Marching Band Marketing and Information Staff. As a dedicated member of the band, I was frustrated by the lack of engagement and professionalism on the Band's social media and communication, so I created a five member staff in the winter of 2014. We created and overhauled the entirety of the Band's online presence. We created social media marketing plans, ran social pages, wrote all posts, and ran reach analysis. Within the first two months, we led an exposure campaign that resulted in a 983% year over year reach growth. Here is a link to the Band's FacebookHere is a link to the Band's Twitter.

Michigan Marching Band Show Design Committee

2013, 2014

As a member of this staff, I worked to plan and write marching band shows for the entire season. My own ideas became the “Beyoncé show,” featured on Beyoncé’s website. I also planned the annual halftime skit shows.
